I've seen this artist's other pics, and thus this same character, but could this be a female version of the character?
I'm just trying to figure out what the bandage is over. It looks too far forward to be over the anus, but there's no lump, so it isn't holding the balls inside the body. It really seems to be over the vagina, so....
I don't want to change any tags until I get others' opinions or something.

I take it back, I guess that bandage could be over the anus and the balls/dick could be hidden by the dress. It just didn't look like that to me at first.
