Actually, you don't even need THAT in order to tell Amaterasu's female. All you really need is to know your Shinto Myth well enough to know that Amaterasu is the GODDESS of the Sun.

Thing is, I don't think that's Ammy; considering the pig in the background and the Cherry Bomb mark, that's more likely Bakugami. Which would make the Genderswapping tag fit.
