Yes it is, its very her name, anon2.
But i wonder: when i learned Russian in my school, i studied "vernyi" is male adjective, female adjective is "vernaya". The destroyer which had been "Hibiki" has been renamed into "Vernyi" (male adjective). But, Kancolle-staff may not be aware of Russian grammer, just like bampresto has mistook "Krasny" "Burya" in "Toushinden", which a proper Russian would say as "Krasnaya burya" ?
