A lot of people don't seem to understand that the pink part of Pieri's hair is bloodstains.

While I do believe you, can I get a source on that?

To be fair, pink is Soleil's canon color. (Takes after her granny that way.) so by the weird logic of japanese fiction she COULD end up looking like as Pieri's Blue gets mixed with Olivia's pink. (It's not genetically possible in the real world though, nor are either of those colors come to think of it.)

@anon1: if that IS in fact true, that would explain why Peri will give her child blue hair. But most likely, I feel like they made the decision to have just one hair color passed down from her because it's the main color of her hair, and also because she's the only character in Fire Emblem so far (I don't know for sure) that has gradient hair.

All the same, it's a little disappointing that isn't an option, but still.

Extremely old post, but I just wanted to note that the reason Peri only passes down blue is because of the way children inherit hair color: It's based on an actual stored color value, as opposed to just being an overlaid texture, so it has to be a single color value. This is why children characters can have any hexadecimal color value for their hair.
