I think her tongue is bifurcated and pierced, but not rotting. The shortened pinky might be like yubitsume, a yakuza tradition, but judging by the full body and face tattoos, the piercing, and the corneal (eye) tattoos, I think she's just addicted to body modding. That said, I'm kinda surprised the artist didn't sneak in some subdermal implants.

Unusual and kinda neat art subject really, IMO.

I hope someone translates this.
