Damn, this is much worse than it looks at first glance. While she's been raped at least three times (used condoms under the chair, the text on her left leg changed from "is a virgin" to "was a virgin"), the blood's from higher up. That recorder's not in her vagina, it's been shoved into her urethra. (She pees through it in the second image of the set.) It looks like the girl bullying her did a fair bit of damage to her urethra and possibly her clitoral hood.
