The game's story should've been different and the final "battle" with Cia more "climactic".
Prior to confronting Cia once and for all, Link—through the power of the Triforce of Courage alone—clairvoyantly gazes into her deepest thoughts and sees the true reasons as to why she is waging war. Link, who now realizes Cia's burning desire and true love for him, comes to a realization, ditches Zelda, orders the Hyrulean Forces to a standstill and decides to "deal" with her... alone. After decimating ALL of Cia's minions, Link finally confronts her... one-on-one. She congratulates him for a job well-done and ensues with the final battle. However, Link, instead of drawing the Master Sword and his shield, drops his armaments, slowly approaching her instead with arms wide open (much to Cia's surprise). Perceiving this as an insult and mockery, she lunges with an attack toward him, only to hesitate and stop within a few centimeters of direct contact as her eyes meet with his (and Link still with his arms wide open). This causes her to blush and suddenly back away. Cia, stunned and overwhelmed with her inner emotions—love, desire, lust, confusion, rage, hatred—snaps and is now fully intent on ending Link's life. Link—again, knowing Cia's true feelings for him and with no ill-will whatsoever toward her—incurs all of Cia's blind hate and rage. Now severly beaten to within an inch of his life and on the brink of death, Link musters his remaining strength to stand with arms still wide open, staring deep into Cia's eyes—Link's way of communicating his understanding toward her—before collapsing to the ground... motionless. Cia, finally coming to her senses—in tears—and trembling in sheer shock to this realization and to what she has done, drops her Scepter and rushes to Link's side, embracing him in her arms. A dying Link shows her his forgiveness by resting his hand on her cheek, and with his final breath, dies in Cia's arms. A lachrymose Cia tries desperately to revive Link's lifeless body, via magic, with her life-force—but to no avail. With her mind broken and all hopes gone, she decides to end her life by plunging the Master Sword into her heart—to finally rest in peace alongside her true love. However, just as she was about to do so, Cia stops—her proximity causes Link's Triforce of Courage to emit light, along with the two other Triforce pieces in her possession: the Triforce of Power and Wisdom. The three pieces ascend into the heavens and merge, thus forming THE Triforce. Cia, with this one last chance for hope, prays to the unseen Golden Goddesses—Din, Nayru and Farore—for Link's resurrection. With her prayer chanted, the Triforce then slowly fades and disappears into the heavens. Cia, still in tears and uncertain to Link's fate, soon rejoices as she witnesses Link's lifeless body gradually returning back to life. To Cia's shock, Link then springs back onto his feet, procures the Master Sword and his shield and—being the mute that he is—shows his appreciation by carrying Cia in his arms and lock lips. Cia—madly in love, blushing and in heat, suggests that she knows a secret place where they can both be alone. Link then calls for his trusty steed, Epona, and they ride through a dramatic landscape. The scene then transitions into the clip above, thus leading the player to one of the best "eroges" in gaming history...
