I doubt it's breast size considering Yuyuko does not have fig-sized boobs. Going by the onomatopoeic jokes (jokes about sound effects and spelling) my guess is that the words are variations of sexual words; off by a subtle change. Yukari's "Mango" could be "Manko" (pussy) with the subtraction of the " symbol on the last character.
