Hmmm, nah; three arrows, it sounds cool, but not practical at all, but it's three shot, three shot that you can't redirect.

Now the auto-crossbow with multiple bolts on the other hand...

Altough cool, it is stated that there weren't any crossbows during the Dragon era so I doubt, even after all those eons that Silver Knights would use crossbows, since their duty was passed down through tradition.
