I don't really see how arbitrary fanservice like this is any less common than the generic action stuff. Seems like the latter is actually less prevalent these days.

When i first heard of this scene i figured there was some kind of dare involved or something. But it turns out they just decided to, um, "ride" their bikes because they felt like it.
