Oh please, Cloud has plenty of ways he can nullify or weaken anything Bayonetta can do. "Added Effect" materia and "Time" materia paired in his armor will protect him from Witch Time, Big Guard can reduce the damage he takes and speed him up as well, and from there, it's mainly a matter of summoning Knights of the Round and then Mimeing it until she's defeated. And with Counter-Mime, KotR will be summoned again EVERY SINGLE TIME Bayonetta attacks Cloud.

Oh please, Cloud has plenty of ways he can nullify or weaken anything Bayonetta can do. "Added Effect" materia and "Time" materia paired in his armor will protect him from Witch Time, Big Guard can reduce the damage he takes and speed him up as well, and from there, it's mainly a matter of summoning Knights of the Round and then Mimeing it until she's defeated. And with Counter-Mime, KotR will be summoned again EVERY SINGLE TIME Bayonetta attacks Cloud.

What the hell are you talking about? Did Bayonetta suddenly get thrust into a turn based game to suit your standards? If they fought it would be in real time, not fought with FF7's game mechanics. You are literally crazy if you think Cloud even stands a slimmer of a chance against Bayonetta. All her feats make Cloud look like a child.
Time materia does not effect actual time like Witch time does, but she would hardly need that to beat him anyways. Bayonettas reaction speed, combat speed and strength would obliterate Cloud in an actual fight. And Bayonetta fights off Gods, not self proclaimed Gods like Sephiroth, but actual reality bending Gods. You think Knights of the Round can beat her? She disposes summons easily.
