Red tags designate Artist; Green tags designate character; Purple tags designate the show, doujin, comic or other source or work in which the artwork takes place; and blue tags are for things present in the work to which the previous tags are rather irrelevant. Knowing this system: stargate is the name of an artist who created this and "some 15 other unrelated pictures." Hope that helps.
