The tagging is fucked on these images anyway. tumblr people always say it's female when it's always a transgendered male because they tag on the subject's mindset. We tag on what we see and a newhalf is neither male nor female. It definitely isn't a futanari though. There are no futanari porn stars unless it's blatantly a female with a strap on. As a transgendered person, sometimes you have to do porn to make ends meet. Its definitely a girl with a penis so having both newhalf and 1girl together is fine. If you don't want this in your search of the 1girl tag, you can blacklist newhalf. Additionally this is not yaoi as many gay males are not into transgender girls, and vice versa.
