The way the nose is drawn is usually how one can tell if it's by an American or Asian artist. This is just an example of how drawing noses can go wrong. Then again, her whole face and head are too manly...

Japan has a fixation with nonexistent noses because they know prominent noses usually end up looking like this. Nightmarish.

I wouldn't even really call what Japan has a "fixation", it's more a stylistic choice. Some anime have more prominent noses than others but none of them approach the size of noses like this one, mostly because it's far from attractive for either gender.
