The perspective is completely fucked in this image.
The tank is clearly wedge shaped with a very thin front and the track is warped and turning inward.
That said, the hull is Tiger-like with the armoured driver port and MG and the two headlights (even though they are massive in this pic).
The turret doesn't look like anything I can think of. It looks like it has a Schürzen but it's so tight that it wouldn't be functional.
Also it has those two large metal rectangles at the sides.
The Tiger's turret has those, but they're there as part of the frontal turret plate which would cover them, but is missing here.
So looks like a very badly drawn Tiger tank, with non functional Schürzen and a missing front turret plate.
