The game this is actually from is Artificial Academy 2.

Junko actually isn't in the game, but through using mods you can make her using the games character creator. Alternatively you can grab the characters card from a character database and put it in your female student folder after you've installed all the necessary mods.

no-info.no-ip.info/aa2/ you can download characters for the game here if you find some you like, or upload your own, though it does not include any of the clothes mods possibly used on the characters but you can download eye highlights and tints, happy fapping
