Mariposa Strain (Fallout 1 & 2) Mutants have genitals but most of them usually prefer other mutants instead of humans. Vault 87 strain (Fallout 3) makes mutants lose their gentials and become asexual (hence the reason why mutants are always dragging people off in the Capital Wasteland).
