It's less role-reversal and more how it should be, Anon1.

If you look closely at Yukiko and Chie's relationship, it's Yukiko who's more fitting as the seme and Chie as the uke. Yukiko is actually surprisingly confident and lively deep down, and she is quite a pervert at that.
