I used to participate in Slayers shipping wars like 15 years ago, when I was young and didn't realize shipping wars were retarded. In my experience, the vast majority of L/Z shippers (and L/X shippers too for that matter) were Zelgadis fangirls who despised Amelia and just thought Zelgadis would get more air time if he was Lina's boyfriend.
