Against multiple opponents, highly doubtful. But against a single target that has already been stunned or distracted, if you really need more strength then you actually have, this kick gives you that by increasing your momentum. Very demanding in the agility department though, you'd need to train a lot on that kick alone to do it right in a real situation...
