Much worse? You do know Saitama even without using his full power can create a shockwave across the skies that clears the clouds off a sizable chunk of the planet, right? He's a complete monster. His special attacks are basically punches at higher speeds.

Even I-a Hulk fan-can say that, yeah, Saitama can beat him. Since Hulk, as with all the other popular "powerhouse" characters (like Superman and Son Goku) has a given, canonical limit, or threshold...something Saitama never seem to have so, frighteningly, far.
