Miku Miku Dance isn't a game. And 3DCG looks extremely dated these days, and suffers from far more issues than small spaces between the boob and the bikini top. Furthermore, what's the issue? It doesn't really look that off if you consider that she's leaning forward and her breasts are hanging. If anything, I would imagine there would be a bit of room after being in that position in the particular space which you are referring.

This isn't really so much the fault of the game, anyway. More of an issue with the modder who made that outfit, since it isn't even an official outfit.

The location is a mod. It's one that makes characters have sex in a 3d environment rather than just kinda being on screen.
