1. Don't use Naruto as a measure of how a ninja runs. In most works, ninjas usually run using smaller strides to conceal numbers and use less energy.

2. Did we really get to see how Sonic Ninja runs? All I remember is seeing blurs as he shot by.

It's funny every questions how Saitama got so strong and when he told them they don't take him seriously, but I bet if they did try his training regiment for as long as he did they could be at his level. then again his training regiment could probably kill a normal person.
