It's called hyperbole. Of course not everyone is abusing the system, but plenty of people are hiding some or all of their porn behind a patreon pay-wall. Such as Butter-t, the artist of this picture we're commenting on.

Seriously? An extreme radical ANYTHING is terrible. Extreme radical religious people are terrifying. Extreme radical politicians are dangerous.
