The problem is, the man's dialect is almost impenetrable for a casual Western Japanese speaker, as Masamune is a lifelong Kansai resident and writes his H-works in a local speak almost exclusively. You really need to know all the intricacies of the dialect to translate it well, which very few do, except, well, locals. This one is in a common dialect tho', which is why it seems to be quickly translated.
