It's not like that Anon#1844884. I think the point of #1844225 is how Japan machism preffers to kill yuri via adding a penis to one of the girls because, in their macho-minds, they think that two lesbian girls will make thousands of homos, rather than a transexual and a girl; like, how Square-Enix decided that Lightning would be their last female main character because, in their own words, "it was too homo-inducing".
That said, even if it was not the case, yuri is in detriment in favour of harem anime where obvious lesbian characters are reduced to cocktease (Seikon no Qwaser, for example) or in favour of the same old boring futanari as always. Some would say "No way, yuri is the boring genre", then again, I believe you can't say "yuri is boring" when most of the works are low-budget craps with boring scriptwriters like Maria-sama ga Miteru or the whole "female-only highschool" subgenre. To sum it up: Redirect the potential of fanservice anime like Dungeon ni deai wo motomeru no wa machigatteiru darou ka (Danmachi, for those who still don't know the real title) into yuri, and you will see a lot of futafags switching preferences.

This is a yuri work. Yet, looking at pixiv, I give it another week or two before the hetero sex art outnumbers the yuri art. What's more, the same will happen to doujin - it's safe to assume based on other yuri works - that will come out for this.
Why is this? Why does Japan reject yuri so much? Am I the only one that's noticed that yuri scenes in h-anime have all but become extinct?
