First, grab Kappa's ability (jump over the kappa's charge and smack her from behind). If you get to the giant tree's warp point, on the level below you, you'll see a group of darker logs having a large amount of vines on top of it. Press up to enter the hidden gate, which leads to the slugs and a strange block you can grab by dashing through the 1 block space. Go into the starting house with that strange block equipped to find a red gate over the bed, sending you to the mansion.
No idea how to capture anything in the mansion though.

Any ideas on how the new monsters are captured?
I figured out Kappa and that santa hat girl in the tree.
Kappa is stated above, the girl in the tree you have to jerk near her till she tries to grab you, dodge, then hit her once.

Ok so I comprised this list with the 1.08 version of the game. I will go through each monster girl to help those who can't seem to get a straight answer on how to catch them. To catch the monster girl, they must have the "!" symbol.

Blue slime girl- You have to hit her twice in a row and when she turns into blob form again.

Forest Villager- You have to hit her shield and when she falls to the ground you have to run into her and cum.

Ant girl- You need two ant girls, let one see you get raped by the other, and after a second time she will masturbate and the icon will show up.

Monkey girl- Just defeat her.

Rabbit girl- You need two of them, one of them has to see you cum twice. After she starts masturbating you can get her.

Kappa- Jump behind her and hit.

Mountain God- It's tricky, but you have to doge her yelling until she send the hearts at you. Be far enough away until you can break free just before reaching her, and then hit her.

Hooded feline- Once they see you, they will charge their attack with their staff, wait till it gets decent size and then hit them.

Purple slime girl- When they jump out of the purple water, hit them from behind before they can react.

Desert rabbit- She is a bitch to catch, you are going to have to equip the forest villager perk (makes you run faster) to catch her. While she is running away from you, catch up behind her and hit her. She will attack right after so dodge. Attack her from behind one more time and you are good to go.

Zombie girl- No clue, but according to the creator there is a way. There is a post on his blog about it, but I can't read it since I don't know Japanese.

Mushroom girl- No clue.

Santa hat girl- No clue.

Desert cat girl- No clue.

Slime Manticore- No clue.

Slime Zombie- No clue.
