I think the context here was Rachnera trying to string up the new girl, ala spider webs. But then the quick relapse with Suu being one of the very few things she can't actually tie up at all. Which led to this scene.

Suu is just some fill in loser, a running joke of the series. There is only one slime girl who blows her out of the water but I can't recall her name, it starts with an E from Monster Girl Quest.

I haven't seen the end of the anime yet, but from what I can tell, the cast probably feels grateful that Suu doesn't know what an orifice is.
