It's never gonna happen. The light novels it's based off of is nearing volume 12, which is usually how long light novels tend to be. And the anime, for whatever reason, other than being a promotion for the LN covered 11. There won't be enough content at all for a 3rd season to happen. But I can see a movie working out, just to have a conclusion for the series.
