This is from a series of mini-Monster Musume cartoons aired on NicoNico every night at Midnight (Japanese time). Every weekday and Sunday night, they air a new one, and on Saturday night, they usually air a compilation of all the week's episodes. Usually, they're focused on comedy (Suu imitating the girls using the bathroom in this case, as Anon1 said, or Manako getting an eye exam, or Zombina sewing on a right arm where her left arm should be). A cool thing, too, at the end of the weekday episodes, if you stick around past the advertisement, the character the mini-episode focused on counts 50 sheep (it IS past midnight when most people first tune to watch).
