Yeah Ice cream could melt in space, light still exists, light would make it warm up, plus whatever heat is on the helmet etc, really the main issues are A liquids would not drip DOWN, they would simply kind of glomp up in a ball, secondly the liquid in the ice cream that is not actually ice would boil off, and thirdly unless that cone was made in a vacuum, or is plastic or something, it would be dust as the gasses trapped inside it would blow it up. Yeah the only things I can say are outright wrong is the direction of the dripping, and that sweat drop as well.
