If you play on PC, you always have "alternative" options when it comes to getting DLC, on consoles you actually have to pay for them lol.

Of course it will cost an arm and a log, regardless of which console you have. This costume is Secret Agent Honoka which is only available if you buy the 2nd Season Pass costumes bundle. If we're going off from the price of the 1st one, it should be around 90~100 US $ so yeah, literally an arm and a leg. :/
