Yeah, after the first few characters were killed off it turned to shit fast. It went from "holy shit that character died!" to "oh, they killed this character off." I loved Leone, but it wasn't enough to finish the anime and read the manga. Of course, most people like it because it's popular and defend it to death. It's a shame too because the characters were really interesting and the death of major characters would've made an impact if they didn't kill off characters before you even got attached to them.

I had to read the manga for this show. Its honestly how the anime should have ended. Definitely worth the read.
