Kona x Kaga is what basically got me into yuri fandom. Sadly, it was proven a long time ago that the fansubbers took some creative liberties with this scene. Kagami says "I want to join bodies," but she doesn't say "with Konata." If you listen closely, she doesn't even say Konata's name. The subbers were just having some fun. Not that I mind, it'll always be real in my heart :3

Actually, in spite of all the shipping and Konata's perviness, it's been confirmed that Konata is not into yuri, be it real life or fiction. She even stated in the summer festival episode after Kagami and Tsukasa's suggestive cotton candy moment that she never thought "doing something like that with another girl would be all that fun".
But of course the fan base went off the rails regardless...

It's pretty obvious she meant Konata because she was talking to Konata in her dream, the fact that her mind made her says this especifically to Konata is the point.
And it's the obvious conclusion after what happened in the show, you don't need to hear Konata's name to know she meant Konata after all this: data.archive.moe/board/a/image/1420/74/1420740790793.jpg

I'll add that Japanese is a very contextual language. Implicit understanding of subjects and predicates is often necessary in order to properly evaluate a statement, and explicit declaration of those nouns is usually done for emphasis or where it's exceptionally important that nothing be misunderstood.
