This reminds me very strongly of a pic I saw not too long ago, was going to get the artist's name from that but I can't find it.

It was Samus Aran(?) still in her blue skintight suit, it only showed her from her breasts upwards but she was in box tie shibari bondage, had a white ballgag inserted and somebody behind her was playing with her nipples.

10 minutes of search has left me unable to find it from what I remember though. The gag was drawn in an incredibly similar way and this entire pic gives me a similar feeling, so I figure it may be the same artist.
