This is not a futanari, if anything it is a newhalf. The downvoted comments are correct. This IS NOT a futanari because the vagina is CLEARLY not present.

Futanari are futanari because they have a vagina too. Lumping newhalf into the same category is a mistake that started in the west but in Japan, where futanari and newhalf originated, the difference between the two IS the presence of a vagina.

Boobies + Penis + Vagina = Futanari
Boobies + Penis - Vagina = Newhalf

Futanari are hermaphrodites that means they have both sex organs. If there is only one sex organ it is not a futanari.
Calling newhalfs futanari is a western misnomer.
