I believe this girl is the same one from a continuous story Piero has going in Comic Angel Club (as of 2015). It has two chapters, the latest one was in issue 2015-05.

What's more interesting (something I just found out) is that this drawing is the cover for Piero's latest tankoubon, titled "超乳大噴獄." It was just released a couple weeks ago in June.
