I think Chiharu would be even bigger, honestly. JJ/K at least. Though sometimes they seem bigger than others. In the manga they grow quite a lot over time.

I read somewhere that in the final epilogue chapter of Eiken it says Chiharu's bust is 120 cm, the same as her mother.
Which means Chiharu ends up a K-cup/L-cup, which would be something like a P or Q-cup in our reality.
