No Anon4, you're a bit misguided. I would wager a lot of the people who view this don't mind the scars out of familiarity with the character.
It's much simpler than that. Don't ask me why, because I don't think anybody knows and I'm not going to pretend like I know, but for some reason, a moderate chunk of Katawa Shoujo fans are extremely opposed to the idea of three or more bodies being involved in sex.
