The Latin phrase "Quod Superius Macroprosopus, Quod Inferius Microprosopus" is usually translated as "As Above, So Below" which is a common motif in Hermeticism. The symbol is the Seal of Solomon. Tetragrammaton refers to the Hebrew theonym for God. The Greek symbols Alpha and Omega can refer to God. The AGLA is a notariqon meaning "You, O Lord, are mighty forever." The cross symbol is a type of cross pattée. I'm not sure what the central image is supposed to be, but it could be an allusion to phi.
