Remember that there is a third case: yuri where one partner doesn't know or care. For example, a girl who doesn't care either that this other girl is grabbing her tits, or a senpai who just doesn't notice her kohai (who happens to be depicted schlicking furiously to her photo).

On the other hand, danbooru has stopped using this tag in favor of the tag combination "yuri" + "couple". I'll bring that up for discussion with the other mods.
