Suzaku and Kallen have abilities that border on superhuman in universe so she probably doesn't really stack up. Plus the whole Suzaku Geass thing that makes him even more broken when he might die.

Suzaku can run up walls, dodge bullets, and has his spinzaku kick. Kallen wrecked three guys (2 w/ guns) in a playboy bunny costume. Leila is pretty impressive in self defense, but I don't even think it's much of a fair comparison.
