this was the best part of the last episode. honestly, testament should have just been a hentai and I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone, but just because of this half second flash of maid Zest in the S2 preview, I am very much looking forward to season 2.

It's less about moral purity and more that Japanese culture is really resistant to change.

Plus how many politicians, in any culture, would willingly go in front of their peers and the voters and suggest they repeal an anti-pornography law? Very few.
