Late response, but futa/female is not considered Yuri.
Use futa_with_female instead.

^ With real people, sure. No problem.
For tagging purposes? Impossible.
There's no way to tell "how a character identifies" by looking at an image/without the artist telling you directly, and even then, it's tag what you see, not what you know (usually), so it cannot be put into practice.
People looking for yuri also don't likely care about how characters identify, they're going to be looking for interaction between two biologically female lesbians with female parts. Anything else amounts to tag poisoning.
Also, consider this: it's entirely possible to crossdress (ex, be a trap) without identifying as female at all. There are male-identifying men who just enjoy dresses but don't see themselves as women at all. For that reason, and for the above, your argument cannot hold water here.
Perhaps in a social justice forum, but not on a website that operates as this one does. All that would do is needlessly complicate things and make tags unsearchable/harder to blacklist.
For example, I often try my hardest to eliminate girls entirely from my searches, and I'd be pretty annoyed if, say, reverse traps started showing up in the male tag, or girls invaded, say, the yaoi tag. Girls are damn near impossible to avoid on this site as it is.
But, at the end of the day, you're entitled to your opinion, whether it would work in practice here or not.
