It should probably wit FemP3P MC and P5, Persona Z.
P3&P4 had most connected from both visit each other's world like P4 group went to GekkouHS, P3P to Amagi Inn.

Would a Persona 6 game work if you played as the 3 main characters from the modern games? And switched between them? I think this could be an interesting idea.
