I wouldn't go so far as to call it classy. The borderline nudity is actually done in a pretty tasteful way. It's the camera angles that really make it lewd! XD

There are plenty of anime with nudity, Kill la Kill just doesn't stoop to pandering to that group of otaku. Kill la Kill is a satire on fanservice anime.
