@liberty86 It's the Baker test. I found the exact picture (sans edit) on Wikipedia and it says this was the Baker test. You're right that Helen (the bomb) was underwater but was it was a mere 27 meters (90 feet). Deep for humans but for a nuke that's not that deep. That little water at such shallow depths gets flash boiled and evaporated so quickly the bomb might as well had been on land or in the air.
