Best I can tell is the blonde is trying to eat peanuts, but when she brings one to her mouth, the redhead wearing only a pink hoodie and is possessed with the brain of a dog teleports it into her mouth.

It's a setsubun scenario. Setsubun is on the last day of winter and is traditionally celebrated in part by eating those soybeans, one for each year old you are and then one for the coming year. Watora is often depicted as being untrained to living like normal people, as emphasised here by her apparently panting like a dog and not being able to feed herself, so Potofu feeds her soybeans like she's feeding a hungry animal.

As the jedi's quote suggests, author wanted to mix the Setsubun and Twintails days in one image (because Twintails day is the next day after Setsubun)
