As much as butthurt fans don't want to admit this show heavily draws upon inspiration. So concepts like the character of Nui, a crazy eccentric wild eyed dangerous buffoon isn't a surprise.

She's kinda like Nui, but 1. Mute (so far, Kerry and Miles probably haven't found a voice actress with the voice they want Neo to have). 2. She has mirror based powers.
