Thats a rather wierd sentence.
Could this outfit show any less skin?
Unless it is something that covers you head to toe than any outfit could show less skin.
Possibly the sentence should have been,
Could this outfit cover any less skin?
or
Could this out fit show any more skin?

Actually that anon is on the right track, whoever translated the sentence here did a silly. Take for example the phrase "Ugh, could it be any hotter today?" - It's a complaint that the day is so hot that it virtually could not be any hotter. By the same token "Could this outfit show any less skin?" would suggest that the outfit shows so little skin that it couldn't show any less.
Thus it should indeed be "Could this outfit show any MORE skin?"... Unless we assume Marie's a slut and wants to show more skin as opposed to less, I haven't even seen the show/ played the game so dunno why I came to grammarNazi about it.
